Sent my cv and completed screening questions, was called for an interview, and then through to shortlisting where I had to present a presentation. The presentation was around 10 mins long and then you have a small project scenario which you have to work through.

1) What challenges would you face in this type of environment?
2) When have you worked within a team?
3) Tell us a bit about yourself... this was the first question asked.
Roughly there were 6 questions, it was pretty relaxed and the interviewer would expand on questions.
