I find it complete waste of time as they tend to ask same questions which are on your CV already. No insight into a person's strength just went with face value of what people have experience of previously, If previous experience is what you are looking for then do'nt call people for interview where you can not see it on their CVs and waste their time. The whole process was really haphazard. The interviewer own posture was not professional. Very boring Interview techniques.
