I wen through two screening interviews over the phone with each of the hiring managers, each lasted about 45 minutes and consisted of behavioral questions and a few soft ball technical questions. Next, I had an "on site" interview over zoom (Oregon was still social distancing). It was a mix of technical questions and behavioral. Technical questions tested fundamentals of electronics and some knowledge of communication protocol.
