The interview procedure commenced with a brief 20-30 minute preliminary phone interview conducted by the recruiter. Subsequently, the team scheduled an on-site interview as the next phase of the process.

I applied and a few weeks later, I was asked to come in and speak with the engineering manager and two other engineers on the team. Was mostly conversation based and very technical in nature. I was also asked how I liked to work.
