Met with IE manager and some of the IE team to discuss the roles and ask questions. It was for an internship so it was fairly straightforward, asking about coursework and what I thought about IE as a profession and what it meant to me.

Straightforward and primarily behavioral in nature. Additional credit given for demonstrating knowledge of the manufacturing domain, including principles such as Six Sigma, lean methodologies, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
