Spoke at my school career fair and got invited to an interview right after. At the interview, it was a simple thinking question in pseudocode. At the time, I was a freshman and didn't get the offer.

Very fast turn around. Great people. Asked 5 or so questions. Mainly focused on willingness to grow and learn. Talked about how you overcame struggles and what you do if you were wrong or failed something and how you moved forward
