First there was a scripted phone screening test given by the recruiter. The questions were specific technical questions which you either knew or didn't- they were not 'general understanding' questions. I scraped through and was invited to a face to face interview with two people interviewing me. The specific technical questions continued and I did not fare well.

Was a quick call regarding the position and role. It was purely to discuss the role, the company and the steps ahead. It was also to confirm if the role aligned with my skills and goals.
