Basic interview questions of managing people, and handling tough situations. asked how i would handle employee disputes, nothing out of the ordinary just your basic interview questions. there was no tour of the community in the interview or did i get to see the kitchen that i was suppose to manage. on hind sight i think that they were trying to hide the kitchen because of how many deficiencies the received last inspection.
