There was multiple rounds of interviews one week apart from each other. The initial interview was a info session. Next, there was phone interview with Human Resources. Lastly a video interview with a manager and team lead.

Applied online, got a phone call from HR recruiter who asked a few questions about my background and why I wanted the position, moved on to second interview which was at Colonial Penn with two of their supervisors. They asked general questions about background, sales experience, and motives moving forward. Got a call 2 days later that I got the job.

Applied for the position through the company's website and got a call a week or so later to schedule interview. A couple of in-person interviews all in one day and a computerized personality test at the end.
