After the interview you receive a call back a week later saying you got the job along with an email containing all the onboarding documents and your training schedule plus work schedule and start date.

Not too bad. The woman I spoke with was nice enough. The only upsetting part of the whole process was being offered a job over voicemail and then when I called them back to accept, they informed me that they had already filled the position. I don't really see the point in offering someone a job if you don't give them until the end of the day to accept. I had another interview that day so I didn't call her back to accept until about 3 hours later.
