      Colloquio

      The entire process included four phases: Online assessment tests, Skype interview, face to face interview and an assessment day. There were three online tests, logical, verbal and numerical reasoning tests. Then there was the Skype interview with some managers of the Global Operations Department. Following this, the response on whether I progressed was incredible swift, within a day or two. This was followed by a personality test and a face-to-face personality interview with an additional department manager and the HR leader for the position. Following this, it was just a few days before I knew if I progressed to the final stage of the hiring process: the assessment day. This was a full day, close to 14 hours, including a dinner with executives at the end. The day consisted of two interviews, a group exercise (fishbowl) and a business case that had 40 minutes allotted for it. All the employees and other graduates made each stage very enjoyable. It never felt like you were under undue pressure. However, it was important to stay professional all day and watch your body language, as is the case with any graduate assessment day.
