I had one initial interview with the hiring manager. That was followed by a logical, verbal and numerical test and a a joint interview with HR and the hiring manager. I was offered the job after the second interview.

Open discussion with the senior managers, including introducing to the role, the team, and Coloplast. I asked more questions about the role actually. The team is really diverse and flat.
