During the Colortokens interview process, I had a terrible experience. The whole procedure appeared to be fake. Throughout the process, the entire HR team had lied. After three rounds of interviews, including the final one, HR informed me that I had been chosen and that I must now submit all of my documentation, including my PF passbook information, right away since they require it all before executing the offer. As a result, I submitted all of my documentation, and HR has been dragging it out ever since. They were clearly deliberately delaying. After two weeks, After taking two weeks, they unexpectedly planned another round with their SVP, which they had not previously communicated. It appeared to be quite false; I had no choice but to give the interview, so I did, but the interviewer appeared uninterested in speaking with me from the start. After the interview, HR informed me that I was not selected. Now this news has completely broken me. I definitely understand that the entire process was fraudulent, or that they purposefully did not choose me and deceived me for nearly two months. My experience leads me to believe that companies like Colortokens are now fooling job seekers and wasting their time.
