Applied for position in late June 2012, and didn't get a call for interview until late August. Spoke with Creative Director at the time, and scheduled an interview within a week. Had first interview with CD, and then followed up with a second interview with other designers about a week later. All designers were female, with the exception of one, and the senior designers were the most talkative. Felt like most of them were very genuine in their questions and seemed genuinely interested in my experience. The time frame for the interviews were over an hour each, and then received a tour of the facility. Turnaround time in hiring decision was same day.
