Ik werd eerst door HR gecontacteerd voor een Teams gesprek. Daarna werd ik uitgevoerd voor een technische test uit te voeren ter plaatsen.
De opdracht was om een BPMN schema uit te tekenen op basis van een vraagstuk
I was recruited by a recruiter:
1) HR interview
2) interview with a manager
3) use case: draw a process about how a newspaper is made. They provide you info on how to draw a process so it’s really a matter of understanding how you think. They also give you different scenarios to see how you respond.
