None. I applied multiple times and reached out to their HR department directly. For one of my applications, I received a rejection letter shortly after applying. As a highly qualified candidate, to not even get an interview is very frustrating. I can only assume one of three things: 1) Their ATS is terrible at screening applications; 2) Their HR department is overwhelmed and their ignoring candidates; 3) It was an internal promotion and their company policy pushes competitive fairness, so for appearances, the job was listed

started with a phone interview, then a walk through of the facility. met the other technicians and was able to ask questions. first company to give me an information sheet on the position. they had me do a test (apparently most applicants say they have skills but dont) then on to a panel interview. lots of questions. Good experience, but they chose not to hire me.
