Completed a phone interview for an executive position with the company. Lasted approximately one hour. Typical questions in past employment history, management style, etc..... overall I felt the interview went well, we wrapped up by the recruiter stating that she would get back to me in regards to next steps. Then crickets ever since (30 days) I sent follow up thank you and also email requesting feedback. No contact, not even a thanks but no thanks from letter. With that lack of follow up or professionalism I believe I dodged a bullet - why would anyone want to work for an organization that doesn’t even do the simple things correctly.
