The manager made me feel very relaxed during the whole process. Interviewing can be really stressful and anxious, but the hiring manager made me feel welcomed and at ease. He wanted to get to know me, my interests, my goals. It wasn't a uptight interview filled with rapid fire questions explaining why the company should hire you. I really respected the friendly, inviting atmosphere of the company and the team.
