Applied online and was contacted approximately one week after the closing date. I set up an interview and interviewed with the team leader and the branch manager. I was asked a lot of typical questions for the CML system such as how would I interact with a fellow employee who had difficulty adjusting to change, what will fellow employees have to get used to about me, what were good/bad customer service experiences, etc.
I was contacted two weeks later and was not offered the position. The process was smooth, the interviewers were very nice.

Took a little over a week for a call back, spoke with the one of the managers on the phone, and met with both the manager and who I believe was the general manager of the location. The entirety of the interview questions are scripted.
