First of all, this occurred several years ago. The interview dragged out into 3 separate interviews over close to 3 weeks. The interview process was very detailed, with up to 3 interviewers at a single sitting. I felt the process itself was excellent, I just had a small issue with how long it dragged out. I finally had to tell them I had another job offer from a company that was waiting for my answer before they finally offered me the job.
