You go in, they ask a few basic questions, they take you out for a day to show you what the job is like. And if you think you can do what they do, you proceed with a few more information sessions, fill out some forms and fly to nova scotia to pass exams to get your insurance license, once you recieve that (sometimes takes a month or more to get) then you start working.

Very easy. If you want to work there they hire you. They give you a free training trip to Chicago that it’s very good. It’s a door to door job

I was very impressed by the culture and attitude shown by the seniors, before the actual interview all candidates were given very relevant insights about the company and work culture
