This seemed odd because there is no offices, just meet in hotel lobbies one on one with someone who was supposedly management, then a ride-along to see if you liked what they were doing before a couple weeks of training with promises of minimums that didn't pan out

Nothing ... I wish I had asked more about their methodologies for getting you training as it was classroom then shadowing and sometimes the person you were shadowing didn't do it the way you learned in the classroom.

Met with the Territory Manager in a Starbucks. This didn't appear professional and the Company image was in question. In less than 24 hrs. I was asked get my affairs in order to leave the following Sunday to spend a week in Chicago. Against my better judgement I took a leap of faith and encountered several problems as a result of the poor planning/misinformation by the local office. The experience and information from the Head office was very different from the information I was given by the local office, District Manager and TM.

Asked about my experience. Pretty much how connected I was to the community. The interview was more a ride along to see what the TM was doing and to see if we could build a team. I was candid about sales position strengths and weaknesses.
