      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ComboStrike (Berlino) nel mese di mag 2022

      Colloquio

      I applied for their Project Manager position and had 4 rounds of interviews. The werent very structured, and they mostly asked the same generic questions over and over in every round. I made it to the final round along with another candidate and was told I'll get a response within a week. A week later they told me they need another week to make a decision (they were most likely just waiting for a response from their first pick) but they never got back to me. I had to follow up with 3 different people just to get a response in the end. A few months later they call me back that they have an opening for the same position and would love to talk to me about it, and being a curious person I went along with it. Despite me having met all the decision makers previously, answered all the questions and them knowing my background extensively I found myself back in round 0, the screening call. And guess what? I had to answer literally the same questions I have answered 4 times previously. They promised to get back to me in a few days, but 2 weeks laters there was still no news, despite their urgent need to fill the role. So I sent them a follow up. No response. Then another one. Still nothing. Most likely I got roped into this just to fill a quota, and the lack of care felt inhumane. The people I met during the interviews all seemed lovely, but the process felt rather unorganized, they could have saved a lot of time and effort for all parties involved with a little planning. It gave the impression that there would be the same lack of structure once on the inside and that they only care until the point you fill their needs. Their pay range was also on the very low end of the market
