3 rounds, approvals took several months to be met for my hire but I felt as in the loop as possible during this time. Interviews were fine; felt like I left knowing hwat I was getting myself into. Huge company that wants to be innovative but just can't quite make it happen across the corporate culture due to its massive size.

Smooth and easy process. Everything was well organized and everything was communicated clearly. The interviews were virtual and I never had any issues logging on. They answer all of my questions in a timely manner.

The inter view process was somewhat longer than expected. First, recruiter screening, modern hire, HM interview, leadership interview. Took about a month the whole process but it went smoothly because of the recruiter. They were able to keep the comunication.

I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter to set up an initial phone screen. We discussed my experience and the role. Then I had a video interview with the hiring manager. I ultimately wasn't hired, but did receive positive feedback, and will certainly keep an eye out for more positions.
