You fill out an online application to begin the screening process. Then they e-mail you, if you have been selected for a telephone interview. The telephone interview is approximately 15 minutes long and you have no idea how you have done. I was told there were no open trainings, but would receive a notification when one opened. I then received an email less than 5 minutes after the phone interview saying I was not selected.

I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company

How do you handle difficult/challenging conversations
There was an assessment followed by a phone interview with a recruiter then a virtual panel interview with a senior manager and two supervisors. The phone interview was no more than 20 mins and the panel interview was 45mins. I received an offer after a week.
