Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 5 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Comcast (Houston, TX) nel mese di mar 2012
Colloquio
The hiring manager acted very excited to interview me on the phone, so I drove 3 hours to Houston only for him to sit there playing with his phone and asking me very elementary questions like, "What is your biggest fault" and "Tell me about a time you overcame an obstacle and made the sale." It was by far the worst interview ever. I started answering with the most ridiculously cocky answers I could think of. Found it hard to believe that he called the recruiter afterwards to start the hiring process. Needless to say, I passed on that trainwreck and kindly asked the recruiter to withdraw me from consideration.

How can I answer this? There weren't any. This most difficult would be "Why do you want to work for Comcast."
It was pleasant at first but once they learned i didnt speak english, even thought it wasnt required, they moved to try and disqualify me. Was not a nice experience.

Tell me about a time you had to overcome an obstacle.
The interview process was very long from initial interview to onboarding. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, just very corporate and loots of hoops to get through. The people are nice and want to help as much as possible.
