A manpower group recruiter emailed me and set up a phone interview. Then on the day of the interview, he called and introduced his self. Then asked basic interview questions and a series of behavioural questionsl.He also verified by asking questions about my resume. After I was then told i would have to take an assessment online. Once I took the assesment I was then emailed about scheduling a face to face interview. So my interview will be Wednesday. So qish me luck 😀

The process was straight forward with little experience needed. Anyone the has very good communication skills will be perfect for the job. This is a great opportunity for beginners in the job market.
It was quick and tedious. Interviewing supervisors we not incredibly friendly. The process was longer than I thought it needed to be for a call center entry level job. You can find a better job.

Pretty standard interview. If you get accepted through the first round, they'll send you an email about taking the assessment. The assessment is a job demo with different scenarios. Make sure you write things down as you go and pay attention!
