Long Interview Day with experienced Managers seeking techs that know how to perform Comm tech tasks from the hiring process. Also critical thinking. They review and approve or deny everyone in the job fairs to move to the next steps.
The interview process consisted of practical knowledge and troubleshooting experience. You will be trained on the job, so they really want to see how you think and determine your character.

It was easy. There were three other hirers in the room with me taking turns asking queSTIONS. They allowed me time to ask them any questions I had as well and I did.

Colloquio
During the initial process, I was interviewed over the phone and they asked simple scenario questions. Then, they told me I was going to get another interview but with supervisors. I was interviewed by three supervisors and they also asked scenario question plus behavioral question. The supes were pretty laid back and were awesome to work with.
