I received a phone call interview first from a hiring rep. She asked me a few questions regarding my resume and experience. It was about a 10 minute phone call very laid back she explained the details of the position and the hours. The hiring rep then decided to move me forward to a face to face interview. I was then emailed a number to call to set up my interview after doing so I received a email and phone call to confirm a interview day and time. The face to face interview starts off as a group orientation to the company then different managers call you back for a interview individually.

Great interview, they make you feel comfortable and make sure that they are connecting with you as well. Also ask questions so that way you can stand out. If you are looking for a job try out.
