Interview was fair. Got the interview from a recruiter who was very good. Basic questions about java and OOP in general, did a couple of sample codes on the board, describing how too use the terms such as polymorphism, encapsulation, abstract classes, interfaces, etc. Then was asked too do like a database challenge based off some TV show. It was very interesting, but confusing. Overall, the management team and staff in general were cool.

The process consists of four Interviews, one with a recruiter, one with the hiring managers, one technical, and one behavioral. The hiring manager interview is a "tech screening." The first two interviews are 30 minutes while the last two are an hour each.
