I interviewed for an administrative job at Comcast last month. I first spoke with one of the senior administrative managers who was polite and cordial, but it sounded like the hours were not going to be flexible enough for me.

Human Resources screened interview call, followed by interview with 2 Execs at the same time, then finally a small group (about 5 people total) of the key players on the team. During the small group interview each person took a turn asking a question. All of the interviews were about 30 min long each.

I initially got a phone interview and told me that they would notify me the next week. I followed up twice and the hiring rep was very much diligent about letting me know but not a word from the hiring managers on whether or not they were going to proceed with the next step. I feel they should be a little more diligent with their hiring process.
