Emails with recruiter followed by discussion with director. Multiple attempts to follow-up with recruiter and interview coordinator. Ghosted! Nothing! Completely ignore my 4 emails over the next month. To make matters worse, Comcast's job site is VERY broken. Any applications I submit are immediately accepted without job specific or other questions. When you login to the "old" portal to check submitted applications which is what you are directed to do following a submitted app, the new one is not there. I brought this to the attention of my recruiter and the interview coordinator in an email... Ghosted! Nothing! Completely ignored! If I believed enough in Comcast or they had reciprocated a level of respect or courtesy I had given them, then perhaps I would go through the proper channels to alert them to the issue with their online application portal. Since they do not have the decency to reply to my emails, they are not worthy of my time.
