1st round phone screen with HR, 2nd round with HM on site(went through resume, behavior questions and Excel test), 3rd round on site with team members, stake holders and director(went through experience and behavior). The most weird thing is the HR asked about salary expectation at the first phone screen and told me their salaries are NOT competitive at the market and definitely below market rate. Besides that, there was long wait between each round and HR never responded to email enquires and I waited for 2 weeks after the 3rd round on site interview to get a cold automated email saying they decided to with another candidate.
