The first point of contact is a phone screening they will ask general questions about your experience in sales and customer contact. Then they bring you in for a GIS (general information session) which is suppose to give you a realistic job preview. At the end they start the interview process. You will interview with one or two of the store managers, if they like you they have you interview with the regional manager that same day. If you do not get that second interview, you will not get the job.
