Generally, a standard interview approach is followed; phone screen with recruiting, phone screen with hiring manager or delegate before multiple in-person interviews. Interviews are typically 30-60 minutes depending on the level of the position and the stakeholder conducting in the interview. Panel interviews (multiple people in the room at once) are sometimes used as well.
