Very simple, depends on the person really. Detail oriented, one might not be perfect but they look at room for improvement and various qualities that would allow one to fit within the company culture I think.
It was quick and easy. I was interviewed by two managers. One manager was observing and the other was asking me questions. They were very nice people. At the end of the interview I was offered the job.

My interview with comcast was very easy going and thorough. The interview felt very much like a back and forth conversation and less of a Q&A typical interview. I also found the interviewer to be very knowledgeable and the conversation was very informative.
