Fill out the online app, they will email you to take interview test online that they send you, just answer the questions honestly, then wait for invite for group interview then receive the time to start training. Dress nice for interview and be positive and pleasant and ask questions about the process and training. Let them know that you are all about excellent customer service and that you are willing to learn about the trouble shooting.

I applied online on Aug. 4th. I received an email the next day to take the assessment. My phone interview was on the 11th and then my in-person interview was on the 15th at a career fair. I interviewed with one person then was asked to stay for a second interview. I was told that I had the position and to be patient as they were conducting additional interviews. On August 31st I received a call from the recruiter stating the offer letter, drug test and background check docs would be emailed. Received the offer letter Sept. 2nd and drug/background check email on Sept. 6th. I went for the drug screening on Sept. 7th and I'm just waiting on the final offer letter.
