Once you passed the test you are scheduled for a phone interview with the recruiter and then with a supervisor(s) of the department that's doing the hiring. Interviews are you usually very relaxed and questions are relevant and to the point. They do seem to vary depending on the department, including one asking you about how much do you think the job pays. This is a question that is very inappropriate when it comes to interviews, since unless you're management, your salary is pretty much non negotiable.
