You have an initial phone screening with a recuiter. They will ask questions around what door to door skills you have. After that you'll interview with a business sales manager along with the recruiter. They will dive deep into your time management skills, door to door skills, and professional sales skills. If all goes well you'll interview with a market manager for your final interview which is more of a meet and greet.

I got a call about three weeks after applying from a HR rep to schedule an interview. The HR reps were great. After ~30 minute phone interview, which felt more like an informal conversation than anything, they fit me in as soon as possible for my second interview with a hiring manager, which I would say lasted ~45-55 minutes. I was moved on to the third interview with the director, which was only ~30 minutes. Everyone was pleasant, professional and friendly.
