Applied online for the billing customer service rep position and received a phone call the next day by a recruiter, we did a brief phone interview and then I was invited for an assessment online (personality quiz) once completed, I sent her an email and got invited for a face to face interview. I met with one of the call center managers and it went really well, we talked about my previous call center experience and then she offered to have me talk to the center manager right away.. met him and talked a little more about my background in previous call centers and upon leaving he said welcome to the team! Got the call offering me the position the very next morning... only issue is they were hiring for a class starting 2 weeks later but it took them 24 days to complete a background check so won't get to start for 90 days!

I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company

How do you handle difficult/challenging conversations
There was an assessment followed by a phone interview with a recruiter then a virtual panel interview with a senior manager and two supervisors. The phone interview was no more than 20 mins and the panel interview was 45mins. I received an offer after a week.
