I had a phone interview, next was called in for a sit down interview and was called back that to get offered position. I had to talk with the talent acquisitions and after that I was sent an offer letter.

Online, structured with questions. Approximate time thirty to forty minutes. A series of approximately ten questions with time for follow up. Interviewer was pleasant and the questions were what I expected.

Was asked to make a video answering 3 questions before moving on the next step, It was odd, if employers don't have time to review a resume or conference someone that you're interested in hiring should we all just start off with a video and slide show.
