I apply online then I got a call saying to fill out the test online. Simple test simulating calls. After that i got an email to schedule a phone interview.. Easy they just asked to describe what i do and why i wanted to switch jobs. I tried to sound cheerful and motivated. Easy when you have call center exp.

The interview was very smooth and straightforward they ask questions dealing with your previous job experiences and skills. They ask about key metrics used and numbers. They ask how to deal with a customer that is upset and angry.

Wow - they ask you like 35 questions - or that's what it felt like! 2 people interviewing you. They are asking you sales questions and many different scenarios. Be prepared to answer how you would overcome objections.
