I interviewed with Human Resource director. She was pleasant and easy to talk to. She asked me a series of behavioral questions like what would I do in certain instances or how would I handle certain situations. She asked me what my family situation was. I told her I had grown kids and lived alone.
I told her about taking care of my elderly parents and about the work I had done in nursing homes in my 20s.I found it to be a very easy, comfortable interview and I really liked the person who interviewed me.

Was I willing to transport clients. Would I work in homes with pets. How far was I able to travel- must be at least 10 miles.

Easy and relaxed, questions were typical for being hired. Application wasn't difficult to fill out, just come prepared. They ask to what hours, days, and if any type of work that you may not be able to perform on a shift with a client.

It's a group interview. First, you fill out some paper work, the you all sit around a table. The woman asks questions and everyone goes around the table answering them, one by one. It's a really interesting way to interview people.
