Online application, 2 stage interview process with multiple people asking questions at each point. Informal demonstration of process mapping skills requested in first round. They were looking to fill a very specific role so questions were more technical than usual.

The hiring process was pretty good, I went with a recruitment company and they managed to help me, from knowing what to wear, to say, and how to win them over. There was an online interview with the recruitment agency. Followed by going to CommInsure assessment centre at Olympic park. We had to do a group activity, phone call assessment, one on one interview. I believe the group activity was completely flawed. The one thing i felt throughout the process is that the hiring method got nothing to do with the job you're applying for you and you don't get the oportunity to prove your customer service skills. The group activity was so uncalled for and sholdn't even be allowed especially if you have a group of 10 people fighting for 5 available rolls. Unfortunately i didn't get the job because apparently i didn't show enough "interest", however i was successful in the other two parts. Why do you need to make a presentation when you job description only requires to sit on a desk... Knew it was too good to be true.
