Phone screening, then in person interview. The interview was with about 7 people, some joining remotely. They all had a chance to ask questions to me, and vice versa. Following that, I got a facility tour with the hiring manager and was able to ask a series of questions. It was pretty standard, but my initial impression of the team was excellent. The recruiter was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions with detailed explanations. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication somewhere. I had asked for a base salary of X dollars while they proposed a lower base + bonus to get to my number. I thought I was clear about needing X for a base, but perhaps I miscommunicated. If not for this issue, I absolutely would have accepted the offer.

It was straight-forward and comfortable at every step - but it did take about 3 months total; 2 weeks to get a response from the initial application, then 3 weeks for a phone interview, then 3 weeks for a face-to-face interview, then 3 weeks for an offer, with start date 2 weeks later. In my experience, this is not atypical for big companies.
