I initially had 4 rounds of interview (PS head in India, PS head in UK, India CEO, COO & Product Manager from UK) followed by multiple HR discussions. All the documentation was collected, numbers were discussed and agreed upon. And, then they want to schedule another round of interview with the CEO sitting in UK - not sure what was the idea, this interview clearly looked like a rejection interview. The interviewer assumed a lot of details within 20 mins of the call -1) I had 10s of other interviews in line, so I was not very interested in the role. 2) Money was the only driver for change in job etc etc..
This kind of reasoning from the CEO-Commcise after multiple rounds of successful interviews from his own team (including CEO Euronext Solutions) really puts forth the question of trust he has in his team and undermines all the decisions made. This looks like a one man show ‘company’ run by the CEO-Commcise and Euronext Solutions is a very small influence.
