Applied on company website. Got in touch with HR who then started with a phone interview. After my phone interview I was asked to provide HR with a writing sample and take an online assessment. I was then notified that I would be interviewing at their office in Clayton, Mo. There were 2 interviews with 2 people in each interview. The interviewers were very friendly, and wanted to get to know me and my interest in banking. After the interview, I was told that I would have another round of interviews but that I had to wait until they had finished their campus recruiting. I am not from St. Louis, so I interviewed earlier than most of the other candidates. I was contacted by some connections I have at the company who told me that my interview went well and that I should hopefully be hearing soon.

Talked to recruiter at career fair, got an interview a few days later. Asked me questions about my background, what I did, what I want to do, what I knew about the company. Went well. Didn't get the next interview, but I believe there are 3-4 rounds of interviews with the company before you get the job.
