The interview was great and I went in as a referral from an employee. I quickly realized the program required a much deeper knowledge of accounting in which I was not qualified. I'm glad I did not receive the job because this is not the direction I was wanting to go in my career. However, the rotation program sounds like a great 18 month opportunity for a recent college grad that is looking to get into a great bank.
