I applied online and recieved an e-mail requesting phone interview 7 days later. I applied for the transplant social work posisiton. I recieved an e-mail which asked that I select three possible dates and times that I can be reached to conduct the over the phone interview. I was asked to review the Centura Health interview page to help prepare for the interview.

Very unprofessional and interviewer was dismissive. Interviewer was judgmental and did not seem to care about work-life balance. I'm sure a bullet was dodged. It reflects a lot about the company and the rest of its employees.

Met with the recruiter who pre qualified me for the position and set the interview up. Called me an hour before the interview to say they made a mistake and that i needed a masters degree for the position because i would be working with elderly people with mental health issues. This was not in the job description and neither was the fact that i needed a masters degree. The offered pay was also awful.
