Interview was done via phone, due to Covid-19. Was done very professionally. Felt very comfortable and confident in discussing the Job Position, duties, and shifts they offer within Dignity Health

The interview was brief and concise. The hiring managers mainly explained the position and asked how I handled conflict with other women in the workplace. Big red flag. They also wanted to make sure I was comfortable working in a high volume call center and diffusing difficult situations with patients.
